Thorough Synopsis:
This is the central family law and dependency case originally filed in Okaloosa County involving Christopher Leiphart and his minor child Silas (SDJL). Allegations of medical neglect of the child were raised during the proceedings (no proof was established). The case involved DCF personnel (including attorney Laurie Battaglia, Kim Medina (DCF), Denise Conley (DCF)), court officials, and school-related parties. Venue was successfully requested and awarded, transferring the matter from Okaloosa County to Santa Rosa County Family Law Court. Multiple actors in Santa Rosa County (Denise Conley, Natalie Pugh, Regina Davis, Conni Perkins) participated in the immediately following DEPENDENCY ACTION against Mr. Leiphart after the transfer and the Family Law Case was received by Judge Stevens.
Northwest Florida Health Network was already seething after Silas at the Public-School environment. After learning the DCF investigators were questioning and gas-lighting the child at the public-school SS Dixon Primary School, the child’s court-appointed therapist deemed the school personnel and environment to be an obstruction to the child’s education. Northwest Florida Health Network, Lifeview group, FamliesFirst Network and Department of Children and Families were already trying to enter the case on several occasions due to the mother, Regina Davis’s incessant demand for the child to be removed from the sole custody of the father and to be placed in Foster care. She did not know the demons she invited to feast on our child, and she stills celebrates this as a “victory.”
